Electric heater is designed for preheating carbon dioxide (a gas mixture), coming to the pressure or flow regulator from the cylinder as part of automatic and semi-automatic arc welding machine systems, as well as for preheating air and other inert gases.
Preheating is necessary because liquid carbon dioxide СО2 at the pressure drop to atmospheric level turns into «artificial ice», blocks the reducing valve of the pressure regulator and prevents the supply of carbon dioxide to the welding apparatus.
Electric heater of carbon dioxide PE-03 is designed for operation in the temperature range from -30 up to +50°С.
This electric heater is not included in the list of products that are subject to mandatory certification.
