The manifold oxygen pressure regulator RKZ-500 is designed to reduce, regulate and automatically maintain a constant set working pressure of reduced gas coming from a manifold or pipeline.
The pressure regulator is manufactured in accordance with the requirements of ISO 2503:2015.
The pressure regulator is produced for operation in the temperature range from -25⁰C to +50⁰С.
Can be used for air and inert gases.
The manifold oxygen pressure regulator RKZ-500 DM is a single-stage reduction system consisting of a main pressure regulator and an auxiliary regulator for pressure setting. The required working pressure is set by turning the adjusting screw of the auxiliary regulator.
It is used for the centralized supply of equipment with oxygen or other non-aggressive gas if it is necessary to consume gas in large volumes – up to 500 m³/h.
The manifold regulator can be used when refueling with methane from mobile automobile gas filling station recipients.
The RKZ-500 can also be used for filling receivers with compressed natural gas at a pressure of up to 1.6 MPa (impulse methane flow 450-500 m³/h, in flow mode -300 m³/h).
