The oxygen flowmeter is designed to regulate the flow of medical oxygen coming from the line to the patient.
The flowmeter is installed on an oxygen chamber valve with a flange. At the bottom of the flowmeter there is an outlet fitting with an M16x1.5 thread for connecting the DONMET oxygen humidifier No. 963.000.00, which is used to moisten the oxygen supplied from the oxygen line before it is given to patients during oxygen therapy.
The flowmeter provides smooth regulation of oxygen flow in the range from 0 to 25 l/min, which allows it to be used for patients of any age.
The working pressure of the rotameter is 3.5 bar
The body of the flowmeter is made of brass. The rotameter bulb is made of polycarbonate, the float ball is made of stainless steel.
The humidifier №963.000.00 consists of the following elements:
— an adapter with a M16x1.5 nut (lens) for connecting to the output connector of the regulator, with a nipple Ф4.5 for connecting a cannula (Dy -3mm) and a nipple for connecting a siphon tube;
— food PET bottle with a 0.5l volume for distilled water;
— a siphon tube.
