The Manifold for monoblock MB-12 is designed to connect 12 cylinders (installed in a 12-cylinder monoblock (cassette)) to a common manifold for supplying oxygen to the consumer. It is allowed to be used in contact with gas mixtures based on cryptoproducts (N, Ar, O2, Kr, Xe…) and CO2.

STRUCTURE AND WORKING PRINCIPLE
The Manifold for monoblock MB-12 is a collective manifold for connecting 12 cylinders (3 rows of 4 cylinders) into a monoblock. The manifold consists of a dispensing collector with a control pressure gauge and a valve, as well as two cylinder collectors, each of which has 6 fittings, with which the cylinder inlets are connected with nuts M16x1.5.
The cylinders in the cassette are connected to the manifold with G ¾ nuts on the transfill tubes.
The valve (VV 400 R) is used to connect the monoblock to the consumer. A pressure regulators can be installed on the valve to reduce the gas pressure supplied from the monoblock to the consumer.
The pressure in the collector is controlled by a gauge installed on the dispensing collector.
