The control unit is a component of the liquid fuel tank, intended for selection and supply kerosene according to DSTU 320.00149943.011-99 to cutting torches and heating torches.
The control unit consists of a body 1, a valve 2, a pressure gauge 3, an intake 4 and a nipple 5 for connecting a rubber fabric hose. In the case of an increase in pressure within the range of 3.0-4.0 bar in the tank, the safety valve is activated and the pressure in the tank decreases.

To increase safety, the tanks are equipped with a kerosene shut-off valve, which shuts off the flow of kerosene from the tank when the fuel hose breaks.
WARNING! To ensure the normal operation of the shut-off valve, it is necessary:
1) turn the fuel valve unit 1/4 turn and hold the pause for 15-30 seconds to fill the hose with fuel;
2) open the valve on the cutting torch and make sure that the fuel reaches the nozzle;
3) close the valve on the cutting torch;
4) after that, open the fuel valve on the unit fully!
5) Then start working.
