The pump is an integral part of the liquid fuel tank and is designed to make a working air pressure in the tank.
The pump consists of two assembly units: flask 1 and pump rod 2. The pump is installed on the tank. By moving the pump rod up and down along the flask, the air pressure is created in the tank. A non-return valve is installed on the end of the pump, which prevents air leaking from the tank when the pump rod is lifted up. When the pump rod moves down, the valve automatically opens under the influence of air pressure pushed by the cuff on the pump rod.
